For Babies

For Toddlers

• Child toilet seat (downstairs toilet in utility room)
• Steps for the toilet & sink for those toddlers who are a little more independent

• Outdoor Summer house full of toys, books and games to keep your little one entertained. 

For older children

• Selection of games and books
• Outdoor toys including archery and skittles 

For teenagers

• The family room is equipped with a TV &  Video player with a selection of DVD's to choose from
• Selection of age appropriate books including Harry Potter and David Walliams

Please note there is a stream that runs through the gardens of the property. Small children should be supervised at all times.
